This place is lovely!!! You will not be disappointed with your stay here, and Colin responds immediately, is very nice, and accommodating. I loved everything about this house, and will definitely be staying again! If I could give a 10 star rating in every category I would have! I’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s and this by far was my favorite, and the price is great too!

This house is amazing! It’s been completely remodeled and even smelled like a new house when we walked in. It has every detail covered, coffee station, drink cart, enough seating, comfy beds, great linens. It’s super close to trails, and the garage is mountain bikers dream! It had everything anyone could possibly need to work on your bicycle. There were multiple deer in the yard this morning that we sat in the sun room and watched. So peaceful! The out door space was great too, we even used the grill to make dinner one night. I definitely plan on staying here again!

What a great house to stay at. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay is provided, including a super well stocked kitchen with all the spices/essentials you'll need, making it really easy to cook a meal while you're out of town. We also loved the location. We're surrounded by nature, but only about 15 min from all the great restaurants in downtown Bentonville. If you're here to check out the mountain bike trails then the garage is also fully stocked with everything you need to tune your bike. This house is quiet, well decorated with super comfortable beds and you can tell they spare no expenses on amenities like towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We would definitely stay here again when we're back in town again
